What the connection does
- Links your WhatsApp Business account and phone number to your store.
- Subscribes your store to incoming replies, so COD Confirm and Cancel taps update the order.
- Creates the message templates for order and cart events.
- Lets messages go out without you pressing Send.
How to connect
- Open the WhatsApp app in your admin.
- Press the connect button and log in with Facebook.
- Choose your WhatsApp Business account and number.
- Wait while WebRank creates the templates.
- Check each template status and send a test order.
Templates and approval
WhatsApp must approve every template before it can be sent to a customer. WebRank shows each one as pending, approved or rejected, and you can sync the list to refresh it.
A rejected template does not send. Edit the wording and try again.
Limits
- The one click connect works only when WebRank has it set up for your account. If it is not shown, use the manual fields.
- Without a connection nothing sends alone. One tap sending still works.
- Meta can reject templates or limit a number.
- WebRank does not sell WhatsApp numbers or message credits.

Meta's official way for a business to send messages from its own number by software.
Do I need a developer?
No. You connect with Facebook login from your admin.
Can I use my normal WhatsApp number?
Use a number that can be registered for WhatsApp Business. Meta's rules decide.
Who writes the templates?
WebRank creates them. WhatsApp approves or rejects them.
What if a template is rejected?
It does not send. Change the wording and submit again.
Can customers reply?
Yes. COD Confirm and Cancel replies update the order.
Does it cost extra?
Meta may charge for some conversations. WebRank does not add a fee.
