Order statuses
WebRank has eight statuses.
- New
- Confirmed
- Packing
- Shipped
- Out for Delivery
- Delivered
Cancelled and RTO / Returned are the other two. Cancelling or marking RTO puts items back into stock.
Confirmed orders can be edited until they ship.
Confirm by phone or message
Open the order and press Confirm order. You can also select many orders and confirm them in bulk.
- Call or message the buyer first.
- Check the phone and address.
- Press Confirm order, then Start packing.
- If the buyer refuses, cancel the order.
One-tap WhatsApp confirmation
With a connected WhatsApp Cloud number, you can ask COD customers to confirm with one tap. The message has Confirm order and Cancel order buttons.
- Turn on Ask COD customers to confirm in WhatsApp settings.
- A Yes reply sets the order to Confirmed.
- A No reply sets it to Cancelled.
- Shipped or delivered orders are not changed by a late reply.
This works only when WhatsApp is connected through the cloud connection and the message template is approved.
Checkout settings that reduce risk

A daily confirmation routine
Open Orders and filter by the New tab. Work through the list from oldest to newest.
- Check the phone number and city.
- Call or message the buyer.
- Confirm the order, or cancel it if the buyer says no.
- Move confirmed orders to Packing.
- Print slips and book the courier.
Each status change is logged on the order, so you can see what happened and when.
Limits
- Confirmation is not automatic by phone call.
- Without WhatsApp cloud, you confirm by hand.
- Nothing here guarantees the parcel is accepted at the door.

Does WhatsApp confirm work automatically?
Yes, after the cloud connection is set and the option is on.

The order becomes Cancelled.
Can I block big COD orders?
Yes. Set a COD amount limit.
Can I ask for advance payment?
Yes. Use bank transfer with proof.
Is a phone number required?
Yes.
