How gift cards work
- Open Discounts, then Gift cards.
- Create a card with a value.
- Share the code with the customer.
- They enter the code and the balance reduces the total.
If the order total is lower than the balance, the rest stays on the card.

Yes. The balance reduces the cash to collect.
Is the value in rupees?
Yes. Cards use your store currency.
Can I track who used a card?
The card list shows the remaining balance.
Does it cost extra?
No. It is part of the plan.
