Track an M&P parcel

- Find the tracking option and enter the number.
- Read the status and last location.
- Ask the seller for help if nothing changes.
Save the M&P number on the order
Courier names in WebRank come from a fixed list. M&P is on it. Open the order, choose Ship, pick M&P and save the number.
| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Courier | M&P |
| Tracking number | Your M&P consignment number |
| Status | Moves to Shipped |
| Shopper view | Track page at /track |
The shopper enters order number and phone on the track page. They see the steps, the courier and the number.
Honest limits
- There is no M&P connection or booking in WebRank. Settings hold keys for PostEx, TCS, Trax and Leopards only, and only PostEx books.
- You book with M&P yourself.
- The store does not fetch M&P scans.
- A blank number creates a placeholder that starts with the courier letters. Replace it with the real number.
If you ship with a courier not on the list, choose Other and write the courier in the order note.
Keep your courier results visible
The couriers report groups orders by courier. For M&P you see shipped, delivered, returned and delayed parcels, average delivery days and cash waiting to be settled.
- Pick a date range.
- Open M&P to see each order and number.
- Compare returns with your other couriers.
Tip: save the number the same day you hand over the parcel. A shopper who asks where the order is can then get the answer from the track page, without a call to you.
