Emails your store can send

Each email can be switched on or off. Timed ones let you set the delay.
Set up sender and delivery
Open Emails and go to Sender and delivery. Add your From email and name. Until the From email is valid, emails are paused.
- Choose the default sending, or enter your own SMTP host, port, user and password.
- Add a reply-to address.
- Add one or more owner emails for alerts.
- Send a test email to check delivery.
- A checklist shows SPF and DKIM status.
Edit templates and design
Templates use fields such as the customer name, order number, total and items. The shipped email can include the courier and tracking number.
- Edit subject, body and button text.
- Set your brand colour and logo in the Design tab.
- See every sent email in the Activity log.
- Filter the log by type, status and days.
Alerts for you
Besides the new order alert, you can switch on a low stock alert, a cancellation alert and a daily digest of yesterday's orders.
Abandoned checkout emails can include an automatic discount code if you set one up.
Subscribers
People who join through a newsletter or WhatsApp signup section appear under Subscribers. You can search them, remove one or export the list as CSV.
Does the store send newsletters to subscribers? No bulk newsletter sender is in the Emails screen. Subscribers are a list you can use elsewhere.

Why are my emails not sending?
Add a valid From email in Sender and delivery. Emails stay paused until then.
Can I use my own SMTP?
Yes. Enter host, port, user and password.
Can I edit the text?
Yes. Subject, body and button text are editable.
Do I get an alert for new orders?
Yes. Add owner emails and keep the alert on.
Can I see what was sent?
Yes. The Activity log lists sent and failed emails.
Are abandoned checkout emails included?
Yes. There are three reminders with your chosen delays.
Can I send a test?
Yes. Use Send test email.
Can I export subscribers?
Yes, as a CSV file from the Subscribers page.
