What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone), store details, and the product, order and customer information you add to your store. We also keep basic technical logs such as IP address and browser for security.

How we use it

To run your store, send account and billing emails, give support and keep the service secure. We do not sell your data or your customers' data.

Your customers' data

Orders and customer details from your store belong to you. We store them on your behalf and use them only to provide the service.

Cookies

We use cookies needed to keep you logged in and to remember basic choices. Stores may add their own analytics pixels.

Sharing

We share data only with services needed to run WebRank, such as email delivery and hosting, or when the law requires it.

Security and retention

Passwords are stored hashed and access is protected. We keep data while your account is active and for a reasonable time afterwards.

You can ask us to correct, export or delete your data by contacting support@webrank.pk.
