How product reviews work
Shoppers can write a review on the product page. A review has a name, a rating from 1 to 5, a title and a message. They can add up to five photos and one video.
- Photos can be JPG, PNG or WebP.
- Videos can be MP4, WebM or MOV, about 30 seconds.
- The video size limit can be lower on weaker servers.
- A review is marked verified when it matches an order.
Moderation: you choose the mode

You can publish, hide or delete a review, reply in public, and pin a review as featured. You can also add a review yourself, such as one sent on WhatsApp.
Ask buyers for reviews on WhatsApp
The Ask tab lists delivered orders from the last 120 days. For each order WebRank makes a private review link and a ready WhatsApp message with the buyer name.
- Open Reviews and go to Ask customers.
- Pick an order and send the WhatsApp link.
- The buyer rates the product and adds photos.
- The order shows as reviewed.
You can edit the message, the form title and the accent color. A thank-you voucher for photo reviews is on by default at 10 percent, valid 30 days. You can change or switch it off.
Where reviews show on the store
- Star ratings on product cards and product pages.
- A review section on each product page.
- A reviews block on the home page.
- An optional small pop-up of recent reviews.
Each widget has its own switch, and there is a master switch for all reviews. The product page also sends rating data for search engines.
Limits
Review requests go out as WhatsApp links you send yourself. WebRank does not send them automatically. Example reviews are available to preview the layout, so remove them before you go live.
