Manual order entry for phone and WhatsApp orders

• Customer: name, phone, city, address, optional email, postal code and note.
• Items: search a product, pick a variant, set the quantity.
• Delivery charge, starting from your store default, and an optional discount amount.
• Payment method and starting status.

The form needs a name, a valid phone number, a city and an address. A running subtotal, delivery, discount and total show as you add items.

1. Open Orders and press new order.
2. Enter the customer details from the call.
3. Search and add the items.
4. Choose payment and set New or Confirmed.
5. Press Create order.

The order appears in the normal list with a timeline. You can then print a slip and book a courier like any other order.

If the customer needs time, press Save as draft. The draft keeps the items and details. You can open it later and place it as a real order.

Use manual entry whenever the order did not come through the checkout.

• A buyer calls with a product code and wants cash on delivery.
• A customer sends a WhatsApp message and you confirm the order there.
• A shop visitor buys one item at the counter.
• A repeat buyer asks you to repeat the last order.

• Only active products with stock are listed.
• A quantity is limited to 50 per line.
• The discount is a plain amount, not a code.
• The order is marked as manual so you can tell it from web orders.

There is no payment link or card charge on this form. For bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa you mark payment yourself after you receive the money.
