Check a Leopards parcel
- Get the tracking number from the seller or the parcel slip.
- Open the official Leopards site, www.leopardscourier.com.
- Use its tracking box and enter the number.
- Note the last scan and city.
- Message the seller with the number if there is no movement.
Leopards owns the live status. Your store only keeps the number.
Seller steps in WebRank
- Book the parcel with Leopards on their own portal or at the branch.
- Open the order in WebRank and choose Ship.
- Select Leopards as the courier.
- Paste the tracking number and save.
The order moves to Shipped if it was still new, confirmed or packing. The note in the order history reads courier set and number saved.

Track page for shoppers
Your store has a track page at /track. A shopper types the order number and phone. The page shows the status steps, the courier name and the tracking number.
Shoppers who get your WhatsApp shipped message can also receive the courier name and number there when the WhatsApp app is on.
What Leopards support covers today
- Leopards appears in the courier connection settings with API key and password fields.
- Automatic booking is not live for Leopards. Only PostEx booking works today.
- So you book on Leopards and paste the number into WebRank.
- Live scan updates are not pulled into the store.
If Leopards booking matters to you, ask before you subscribe. Do not assume it.
