Online store policy pages and custom pages

Online store policy pages build trust before a first order. WebRank lets you write returns, shipping, privacy and terms policies, and add custom pages such as About or Contact.

  • Custom pages open at /pages/your-page.
  • Three page types: default, contact, FAQ.
  • Starter costs Rs 4,999 per month.

Open Settings and find Store policies. Each box takes up to 4000 characters. They show in the store footer.

  • Shipping policy.
  • Privacy policy.
  • Terms of service.

  • Show in footer Help menu with one switch.
  • Edit the page address.
  • Set a search title and description.
  • Use insert chips for store name, phone, email, address, hours and delivery fee.

Messages from the contact page

Messages sent through a contact page appear in the Messages tab. You can mark them read, reply on WhatsApp or delete them.

Where do contact details come from? From Settings, Contact and social. Edit them once and the page updates.

Pages most stores need

  • About us, to show who runs the store.
  • Contact us, with WhatsApp and address.
  • Delivery and payment information, including cash on delivery.
  • Size guide or care guide.
  • A FAQ page for common questions.

Do policies help conversions? Shoppers look for return and delivery terms before paying cash or sending a bank transfer. Clear policies answer that early.

Footer Help menu

The footer Help menu shows the published pages you switch on, in page order. A hidden page never appears there. Switch a page off the footer at any time without deleting it.

Limits

WebRank does not write legal text for you. It provides the places to publish it. Have a qualified person check your policies.

  • Policy boxes are plain text.
  • Design changes happen in Live Build.
  • Changing a page address adds a 301 redirect from the old one.
